Deep within the Tropical Tealskie jungle, you’ll find Wilkie curating delicious bass licks all through the night overtop of Josh’s thundering drums.
BIG ANGRY:
We are Big Angry, hailing from the mighty Tauranga. We are passionate alt-rock musicians and ardent bug collectors.
IN THE CITY:
In The City are a Christchurch-based rock band that strives to deliver their originals ferociously.

Crown is a four-piece band from Christchurch. Comprising of Damon on drums, Reece on bass, Nikau on vocals and Thomas on guitar.

WE ARE KENRING, a four piece metal band ready to absolutely rock your socks off with greasy, grimey riffs and solos.
CAM GIDDENS:
Cam is a solo bass player influenced by greats such as Michael Manring and Evan Brewer. He aims to create vast soundscapes using effects and looping that people can connect with.
ZENGIRL8:
A mash up of a Bjork and Tori Amos influence with dance music and good old fashion rock guitar.

Forged in the depths of Engcore on Warman eve, RAGWEED are a rock four-piece with alternative, prog and nu-metal influences.

Red Weekend is an all entertaining 5 piece band from Christchurch with their classic rock sound and compelling riffs bring pure emotion, and their raw energy draws the crowd in every time.

GIBSON XCVIII was born out of a desire to make easy listening music for all walks of life in Aotearoa NZ. Formed in 2021.

Tusekah is a RnB/NeoSoul band lead by UC student and singer/songwriter Tusekah.

All live DIG THE GIG gigs will be held at 'A Rolling Stone' one of Christchurch's very own famous live music venues. A Rolling Stone is a family-run, old-fashioned Irish hospitality venue inspired by the heart of Ireland and realised in the heart of Christchurch. We open every day of the week from 10am for brunch, lunch and dinner with a full menu and great chefs, through till late.
